By coaching learners on compassion-based eldercare, we can improve the quality of life among the silver generation. Modelled after interactive teaching methods from abroad, this program incorporates practical sessions and scenario-based simulations, enabling learners to cultivate higher levels of empathy when dealing with difficult situations. In line with industry developments, instructors will also be covering the latest Geron-technologies and applications relating to clothing, food, living environment and transportation. Employer partners whom we have partnered with on this program will also be providing job interview opportunities for eldercare-related positions.

The “Guardians of the Silver Age” program trains you to gain professional knowledge of the latest technology applications in the eldercare and rehabilitation industry. With a focus on compassion-based eldercare approach, we train learners in providing quality care, rehabilitation and nursing services that are tailored to the needs of the elderly.
In line with industry developments, this program offers an in-depth overview on the latest geron-technologies and applications relating to clothing, food, living environment and transportation.
Learners will be prepped to meet the current and future needs of the eldercare market, based on the most sought-after profiles and skills as required by employers.
We draw reference from overseas interactive teaching methods by cultivating skills and empathy through scenario-based simulations and role-playing sessions.
Part of the program will be conducted in an actual work environment, allowing learners to gain real-life experiences as they interact with industry practitioners.
Learners will have the opportunity to interact with experienced practitioners and innovators in various eldercare fields and broaden their career horizons.
Our carefully selected employer partners are keen on developing their staff and will offer interview opportunities for full-time positions with long-term career prospects.
Graduates will be able to access professional career counselling services for up to 6 months as they adapt to new challenges in their careers.
